This two-piece GP recovery shovel gives you a few more utility features over the solid one-piece shovel while maintaining the same durability and simplicity. The shovel comes apart at a pinned coupler, turning the top portion into a very handy 21oz hammer with a brass fitting on the end for help with those tent and awning stakes.
